The Sony XIS10DC Wide-View Camera system, capable of viewing and recording 360º panoramic views with a sensor camera while capturing specific locations within the sensor camera's field of view using a Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera.
This unique camera system incorporates a built-in tracking function that is ideal for capturing areas of activity in large open spaces. With its weatherproof housing, it is also well suited to outdoor use. And, with monitoring software included, the system is very easy to operate.
Other unique features include an "Auto Cleanup" function to overwrite old image data, and a wireless LAN capability for a cable-free installation. Up to two optional fixed cameras can be added to the system and can be seamlessly supported with the monitoring application software provided.
The XIS10DC is ideal for a wide range of applications in locations such as parking lots, shipping ports, street corners, schools, and airports. With its sophisticated tracking algorithm, it is best suited to monitoring in low-traffic or restricted areas.
